Bilingual in English and Spanish, he has spent decades studying leadership, coaching, NLP, emotional intelligence, and personal transformation. Will Hernandez is a professional NFL athlete whose journey from a Home Depot shed to the highest levels of professional sports embodies the CORE philosophy. As Robert's son, Will experienced firsthand the discipline and methodology that would later shape his elite athletic career.
