The Founder
Robert Hernández

Born in Mexico City, within a working-class community where hardship, survival, and the harshness of life were part of everyday reality, Robert grew up surrounded by contrasts between the streets and areas of greater economic privilege. From a very young age, he learned that your environment could either define you… or awaken you.
At an early age, he suffered an accident that nearly cost him his life. The fall left a deep scar on his face and completely transformed his childhood. What was once a joyful and outgoing child began to experience rejection, bullying, and insecurity because of his appearance and difficulties with speaking and reading. Yet those wounds also planted something far deeper within him: human sensitivity, resilience, and an emotional connection that would later become purpose.
Everything began to change when he met the man who would become his mentor — a physical education teacher who saw beyond the scars and the fear. Through sports, discipline, and human development, he introduced Robert to a philosophy that would transform his life forever:
“Training is not meant to build muscles. It is meant to build character.”
That mentor did not simply introduce him to sports and high performance. He taught him vision, leadership, resilience, awareness, and inner strength. He taught him that a true warrior is not someone who destroys others, but someone who learns to master his mind, direct his energy, and remain grounded in the middle of adversity.
For years, Robert developed a deep passion for sports, competition, and personal growth. He participated in athletic disciplines, competitions, and developmental processes that awakened in him a much greater vision about life, leadership, and human potential.
But the journey was far from easy.
After enduring humiliation, rejection, and emotional wounds that distanced him from his athletic dreams, he made the decision to immigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities for his family. Shortly after arriving, he faced one of the most difficult moments of his life: living on the streets with his wife and son.
It was there that he understood a truth that would forever shape his philosophy:
Adversity does not come to destroy you. It comes to reveal who you are.
While working in landscaping and construction, he began again from nothing. Through discipline, attitude, resilience, and a clear vision of breaking generational cycles of poverty and scarcity, he slowly built businesses, stability, and a new life for his family.
Over time, he founded companies in industries such as landscaping, construction, remodeling, sports, and human development. At the same time, he continued preparing himself through years of self-education, studying leadership, coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, human behavior, and personal transformation.
But beyond business or certifications, Robert discovered that his true purpose was not simply to build companies.
It was to help people discover the strength that already exists within them.
His philosophy was born from lived experience: from pain transformed into awareness, from wounds transformed into purpose, and from discipline transformed into service.
As a coach, mentor, speaker, and creator of transformational experiences, he has dedicated much of his life to working with families, youth, leaders, athletes, and entrepreneurs — helping them develop character, resilience, vision, conscious leadership, and human transformation.
Today, much of that legacy also lives through his children: William Hernandez, a professional NFL player, and Katherine Hernández, a professional in nutrition and human wellness. To Robert, they represent far more than professional accomplishments. They represent living proof of how discipline, awareness, love, character, and proper guidance can transform entire generations.
However, Robert does not attribute that legacy solely to himself.
He deeply recognizes that much of what he shares today was born thanks to mentors, teachers, and human beings who believed in him, guided him, and planted direction into key moments of his life. For him, true success is never built alone. It is built through the people who leave a mark on our story and help us discover who we truly are.
“I am simply the reflection of many great teachings that came into my life.”
That vision became the heart of CORE.
CORE was not created as a business. It was born as a mission.
A mission rooted in conscious evolution, human growth, resilience, leadership, and real transformation through experience.
Because for Robert Hernández, true wealth is not measured by money. It is measured by: inner peace, time with family, awareness, and the ability to help others discover their own greatness.
“Greatness Is Forged Through Adversity.”
“Pressure Builds Legends.”
“Found strength through peace.”
